This 42 m² apartment is located on a quiet terrace at the back of the main house. Access is via an outdoor staircase of 15 steps.
Air-conditioned and well equipped, it includes:
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed opening onto the private terrace
A bathroom
A living area with a sofa
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
The solarium terrace
The terrace, shaded by a trellis, is a real plus: it features a table with chairs, a gas plancha grill, a seating area with a parasol, two lounge chairs, and even a coffee corner in the private, unfenced garden.
From the terrace and the apartment, there is a pleasant view of the lake.
Access to the dock and the private banks of the property is very close by. A private parking space is also available for you.

The environment is calm and green—perfect for a relaxing stay.
Beautiful walks and hikes are nearby.
For a change of scenery, Gréoux-les-Bains is only 7 km away, offering restaurants, markets, and events, all without the noise and bustle.
