Owners of a house immersed in greenery at 547 avenue Jean Moulin, we offer for rent this 40 m² one-bedroom apartment for 2 people on the ground floor of the villa, at 5 minutes by walk from the village.

This house bathed in greenery at 547 avenue Jean Moulin, welcome you to rent a 40m2 T2 on the ground floor of the villa, 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village (around 15 minutes from the spa). The apartment has, for two people, healthy comfort for a pleasant time. You will find a living room-kitchen equipped with a quality convertible sofa, flat screen with orange box, radio, a dining table, the kitchen with a ceramic hob, a hood, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a mirror -waves, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a stainless steel kettle... A corridor leads to a large cupboard (ironing set, vacuum cleaner, etc.), the toilet before arriving in a comfortable bedroom with dressing room and Queen Size bed recent. This one is attached to the bathroom with vanity unit, a shower as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. Mosquito nets have been installed in the kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom for greater comfort and safety. To complete the package you have access to a green and quiet terrace with lunch and relaxation area as well as the garden (swing available). Possibility of parking within the villa. For long stays (3 weeks or more) I provide linens free of charge and my kindness to all. A cleaning-laundry fee of 80 euros is imposed in order to guarantee the cleanliness of the premises. Animals are not allowed and finally the apartment is non-smoking.
