Our AVF offers a wide range of activities to help new arrivals settle into their new surroundings.

Trained volunteers ensure its smooth running, and welcome you at the AVF office.
As a guarantee of the quality of the service offered to new arrivals, the AVF Manosque was awarded the 'LABEL QUALITE' in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011-2013.
Thanks to this welcome service, the AVF Manosque will enable you to find your bearings and recreate a real network of friendship and exchange in English, German and French conversation (for foreigners).
Sports and cultural visits and outings.

We offer a wide range of activities:
Sports: - 4 types of outings
a) morning walks 3 times a week
b) afternoon walks,
c) day hikes
- Nordic walking once a week.
- pétanque
- Snowshoeing in winter
Discovery: visits to surrounding villages and towns, castles, places of special interest...
Cultural: Book club once a month, guided tours, museums, exhibitions, conferences, photo workshop, computer classes, theater outings,
Linguistic: Weekly discussions in English or French,
Creative: Chinese calligraphy, patchwork, every week.
Board games: Tarot, scrabble, family scrabble, pyramid, every week,
Trips: organized stays in a French region,
Holidays: Galette des rois, spring festival, evening picnic at the end of June
potluck for new arrivals, Beaujolais nouveau
We also offer you the chance to become a volunteer, or a member of the office or reception team.

Période(s) d'ouvertureAll year round, every Tuesday and Saturday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
