Welcome to Cantine Aïoli, your new gourmet stop in the heart of Valensole!

After a few weeks of renovation to give our place a fresh new look, we can't wait to open our doors to you. Our concept is simple: putting flavor and conviviality back at the center of the plate.

There is no fixed menu here. We offer a "living blackboard" that changes almost every day based on the morning's inspiration. Our kitchen highlights plenty of fresh market produce and locally sourced meats selected with passion from our neighboring producers.

Inspired by the generous recipes of our Provençal grandmothers, we add a subtle Italian touch for a sun-drenched and authentic cuisine. Whether you come for our signature aïoli or to discover our daily suggestions, you will find the joy of true flavors in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
